Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Epic Outdoor Sweepstakes 2026 ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Epic Outdoor LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Epic Outdoor LLC, [Mailing address to be published in the final Official Rules] ("Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant ("You") agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Epic Outdoor LLC as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Schedule

The 2026 Sweepstakes consists of four (4) separate drawing periods:

Entries for each drawing period are accepted starting at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the respective entry period. The Fall Adventure Grand Prize accepts entries earned throughout the entire 2026 season.

5. How to Enter

Method 1: Earn Entries Through Purchases (No Additional Cost)

During the applicable Entry Period, make qualifying purchases through Epic Outdoor affiliate links. For every $1.00 spent through Epic Outdoor affiliate links, you will receive one (1) entry into the current Sweepstakes drawing, up to a maximum of five thousand (5,000) entries per person per drawing. Entries are credited when the purchase is confirmed by the retailer, which typically occurs 30-90 days after the purchase date.

Method 2: Free Alternative Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the name of the drawing you wish to enter on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: Epic Outdoor Sweepstakes 2026, [Mailing address to be published in the final Official Rules]. Each mailed entry will receive five (5) entries. Limit one mailed entry per stamped outer envelope per drawing. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received within seven (7) days of the Entry Period closing date.

6. Entry Limits

Maximum of 5,000 entries per person per drawing, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple or different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all entries and may result in disqualification.

7. Prizes

One (1) winner will be selected per drawing. Prizes are as follows:

• Bike Rack Giveaway: One (1) Kuat hitch-mounted bike rack. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $350.00.
• Solo Stove Bonfire Giveaway: One (1) Solo Stove Bonfire fire pit. ARV: $350.00.
• Pizza Oven Giveaway: One (1) portable pizza oven. ARV: $400.00.
• Fall Adventure Grand Prize: An outdoor gear package. ARV: $2,500.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,600.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning each drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner per drawing will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Each drawing will be conducted on the scheduled drawing date by the Sponsor using a certified random number generator.

Each winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for email delivery failures.

10. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, You grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Tax Obligations

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Winners may be required to complete and submit an IRS W-9 form or equivalent. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize values of $600 or more.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Epic Outdoor LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Chittenden County, Vermont. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.

15. Winner List

Winners will be announced on the Epic Outdoor website within 30 days of each drawing. To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Epic Outdoor Sweepstakes 2026 - Winners List, [Mailing address to be published in the final Official Rules]. Requests must be received within 90 days of the applicable drawing date.
